Emmerson Garfield, current sophomore and age 15, has already built quite an impressive film resume. Featured in various commercials and photo shoots, her most famous role was in the Netflix series Bloodline as Ginny Stoltz at age 12. She was delighted to be a part of this short film to further expand her rather promising career as an on-screen actress.

Current Senior at Cypress Bay High School, Sam has built an incredible career as a stage actress for her school's drama program and has been cast in leading roles in Seussical, In The Heights, and Hair! Making her on screen debut with Black Candle, Sam is excited to expand her acting into the realm of he big and small screens.

ALEK BRUGGEN
Also attending Cypress Bay High School as a Senior thespian, Alek is a delightful addition to the cast, as he is willing to be featured in a number of student shorts regardless of the role and the challenges. Alek excels in knowledge about history and political science, as well as knowledge on pyrotechnics and explosions, which comes to good use in a film like Black Candle.

CHAD RODRIGUEZ
Senior at Pompano Beach High and on his way to Boston University, Chad is a artist in his own right. Not only is he an actor on the stage, but his visual art, paintings, and illustrations mark him as an incredible talent, as he has his own art shows. This is not his first time on screen, as his merits as an impressive scholar got him on his school's team for the hit high schools trivia show, School Duel. Nonetheless, he was quite excited to be a part of this project.
