This is Christopher's final film project he will shoot while
in high school before he moves on to study
Digital Media Production and Film at Florida State University

Black Candle is an AICE Media Studies A Level portfolio project that Chris has enjoyed working on very much. His project for AS Level was a Film Intro titled Bound.
​
Other projects of his include a Zuton Fever Music Video, Blackout, Hold Me, Blue and Gold, and many more.
​
Christopher worked on all aspects of the film, including writing,
editing, cinematography, music, poster/postcard ad, and of course, this website.
​
Chris is excited for what the future has in store and hopes
audiences enjoy his short film, Black Candle.

THE FILM
witchcraft with a modern twist
Catherine is a young, teenage witch who has not used her abilities in a long, long time. She leaves her makeshift altar inside a box buried away, along with her will to cast spells.
​
Catherine notices a lot of bad things happen in her life: bullying, violence, and rape. She feels utterly helpless, especially when justice is not served.
​
She decides to do something about it and take justice into her own hands, regardless of the consequences.
​
What will she do? Will she succeed? And most of all, will she get away with it?
